一、Service Guide
●The Xiamen Museum is free to the public.●The Xiamen Museum is open all year round except for the official holidays (such as the Chinese New Year’s Eve).
●Group visitors can make reservation at 0592-5371607or 5371609 in advance (with limited numbers) and will be granted priority entry on the visiting day.
Hours
●The Museum is open daily from Tuesday to Sunday 09:00-17:00 all year round. No entry on Monday except the official legal holidays. No entry after 16:00 and the Museum is closed at 16:30. No entry on New Year’s Eve.

1、The Culture and Art Center has a charged parking lot which offers unified management of the cars.
2、Free hosting: visitors can put their small packages into the cabinets in the Museum for free temporarily.
3、Free Loan:We have baby stroller, wheel chair and umbrella in the Museum, if necessary; visitors can ask to borrow the devices before you finish the relative procedures at the service center.
4、Orientation
（1）There is an inquiry center in the lobby
（2） Some professional guides are available
（3）Visitors can make use of the electronic touch browser to know the various historical relics in the exhibition hall.
（4）Portable audio guides with earphones in English and Chinese on introducing the introduction of the Exhibition on Xiamen History, Folk-Custom of Fujian and Taiwan and the great collections of the Museum are available in the lobby. You should show your ID card to the staff if you want to borrow the audio guides. You have to deposit 300RMB in advance for borrowing each audio guide and 20 RMB will be charged each time.
（5）Free museum publications are available at the information desk.
5、First Aid：There is a first-aid kit at the service center.
6、 Resting Area：There are two lounges at the first and second floor, we hope you can enjoy being in the Museum.

五、Regulations & Suggestions
●Children under 7 years old, the aged and infirm visitors shall be accompanied by adults or relatives;
●Visitors shall be appropriately dressed; No drunken or unconscious people into the museum; No insane patients into the museum;
●No inflammable, explosive things and illegal dangerous instruments in the Museum; No pets into the museum;
●Visitors’ properties shall be left in the galleries for free; Please carry about the valuables; No beverage, food and other unnecessary things in the museum;
●No camera flashlight or tripod into the museum; Photos are not permitted to be used for any business or publication purpose;
●Please protect all relics on the exhibition; all public devices including the plants cannot be destroyed or you’ll be asked to make compensation and take the related legal obligation;
●No smoking or eating, playing inside the building; No loud voice or noises in the galleries; No sleeping in the museum; It’s not allowed to spit and throw away rubbish freely in the museum;
